At beyerdynamic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Audio Gear

  Place the product in its original packaging including all cables, adapters, and manuals to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
